MAKING A PURCHASE
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart.
After you have finished your selections, you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
Whilst you are shopping, if you wish to delete any items in your shopping cart click the "View Cart" button in the shop and you can delete individual items or empty the complete cart. You can also use the "Edit" button to amend the quantity or details of your selection.
If you are in the "Checkout" area, use the "back" buttons to rectify any errors. Use the "Cancel" button if you wish to stop the checkout procedure.
Always "View" your shopping cart to check the items you have selected are correct and use the "Remove" buttons if necessary to amend your purchases.
PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We never see your Credit Card details. All your Credit Card information is processed by DIone, our PSP (Payment Service Provider).

DELIVERY SCHEDULES
In most cases, please allow 7-10 working days for delivery.
We will always contact you to confirm an anticipated delivery date, particularly on orders being shipped outside the UK.
In the unlikely event that we are unable to work within that time period, we will always contact you in advance and offer a revised delivery date.
If this is unsuitable you will be able to cancel your order and receive a full refund of any payments made.
PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS
Whilst every attempt has been made to make the product images and technical specifications in our catalogue as accurate as possible, they are for guidance only. P. McGaffigan and Sons Ltd reserves the right to change specification without prior notice.
PRODUCT LIABILITY
We do not knowingly supply goods which are in any way defective or which are likely to cause injury or damage if used in accordance with manufacturers or other instructions enclosed with the goods or appearing on their packaging and so far as is consistent with the Health & Safety legislation of the United Kingdom will not accept responsibility for injury or damage caused by use or misuse of goods supplied.
TAX CHARGES
17.5% VAT is included in all product prices displayed in our catalogue and is added to all shipping charges.
USA: Customers have the facility in the checkout procedure to indicate exemption from VAT on products, and VAT is not added to shipping charges to this zone.

RETURNS / CANCELLATION POLICY
Our policy with regard to cancellations and returns is governed by paragraph 17 of The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. If you are dissatisfied with the goods purchased you should notify us either by first class post or at our website within seven days of your wish to cancel the contract and to return the goods to us. You are obliged to take reasonable care of the goods until they are returned to us and to follow our instructions as to the way in which the goods should be returned.
WARRANTY
Our trolleys and Rydeon are sold with a 1 Year warranty.

We will arrange for it to be collected and if we find it has failed as the result of a malfunction or a component failure we will replace it and return the goods to you at our expense.
Batteries must not be left in a discharged or semi-charged state. Always charge batteries after every round of golf. We advise the battery is left connected to the charger and the charger switched on at all times.
Failure to follow these procedures and any unauthorised repairs or amendments can invalidate the warranty.

1. These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
2. All transactions undertaken will be governed by United Kingdom law.
3. Any dispute or claim arising out of any transaction will fall to be dealt with in accordance with the legal system of the United Kingdom.
